395 Everglades

An Everglades 395 for custom woodwork.

This 395 Everglades has a beautiful teak helm panel that was unfortunately damaged in transport and needed to be replaced. The original panel was installed with a significant amount of structural adhesive and hidden fasteners from below. In order to access these fasteners, panels in the console were removed. The integrated wireless device charger and drink holders were also carefully disassembled. The device charger was reinstalled into the teak. All components were then reinstalled on the board and caulked into place. This boat repair required high attention to detail to achieve a smooth brand new look with all components carefully reinstalled on the restored teak deck panel.
